I am a practicing pathologist at MGH as well as an Associate Professor of Pathology at Harvard Medical School. At MGH, my work is devoted to both research and clinical practices. My clinical activities include teaching pathology residents, pathology fellows, and medical and surgical residents and fellows in renal, cardiovascular, and autopsy pathology. My research work focuses primarily on immunology and transplantation, with emphasis on the transplantation pathology of the heart, kidney, and pancreatic islets. My present emphasis is the statistical analysis of gene expression using SAS, python, and machine learning.
