I devote my clinical professional activities to teaching pathology residents, pathology fellows, and medical and surgical residents and fellows in renal, cardiovascular, and autopsy pathology. During these activities I instruct in the pathological criteria for diseases of these organs. My clinical responsibilities include medical renal pathology, cardiovascular-pulmonary and autopsy pathology, plus clinical laboratory tests in ANCA and Transplant Flow Cytometry.

Addition clinical contributions also include supervisory responsibilities in the autopsy service as associate director and as director of the morbidity and mortality conference for the medical and surgical transplant units. New clinical developments include implementation of a clinical test of humoral rejection in the heart. The department has become a referral site for this test.
